FTP INSTRUCTIONS If you are uploading your music using our FTP site, make sure you use Internet Explorer (available for Firefox only if FireFTP add-on is installed), type in "ftp.binarystarmusic.com" in the address field. Click 'File' on the browsers tool bar and then 'Login As...' Use "uploads@binarystarmusic.com" as the user name and "binarystar" as the password. Next, YOU MUST create a folder with your artist/band's name and upload your Mp3s to that folder. Any Mp3s dropped outside the folders will be deleted and not listened to. To create a folder, right-click in the window and select "new" and "folder". Name it clearly. Open it, then, simply drag your files into the window. It acts just like an open folder on your hard disk. |
